  • Új szervereknek az előírt standardok szerinti feltelepítése és konfigurálása.
  • Az elavult szerverek teljes migrálása új szerverekre.
  • Fizikai szerverek virtualizásáa WMware-es környezetben.
  • Windows szervereket érintő projektekben való részvétel.
  • A felmerülő igényeknek megfelelő új konfiguráció összeállítása.
  • A szerver farm folyamatos monitorozása performance, diszk kapacitás szempontjából és a szükséges modosítások végrehajtása.
  • Komplexebb módosítások vasárnapi végrehajtása.
  • Komplexebb incidensek megoldásának segítése.
  • Kapcsolattartás a külföldi technikusokkal.

Elvárás:

  • Windows 2000 és 2003 szerver üzemeltetésben legalább 2 év gyakorlat.

  • MCP vizsgák.

L3-as Support lehetőség feltörekvő L1-eseknek!!!

Egyszer volt, hol nem volt, még az Óperenciás tengeren is túl, volt egyszer egy szegény ember, aki L1-es supporterként tengette napjait.

Teltek-múltak az évek és úgy érezte, hogy ő ennél többre képes.

Élt hetedhét országon túl egy király, aki messze földön híres volt bölcsességéről. Elment hát hozzá az L1 -es és megkérdezte:

- Drága királyom hogy lehetne belőlem L3-as supporter?

A király megpödörte bajszát, és azt felelte:

- Ha minden kérdésemre igennel tudsz válaszolni L3-as supportert faragok belőled!

  • Angolul és németül folyékonyan beszélsz-e?
  • Képes vagy komplex, L3-as szintű problémákat megoldani?
  • Hát új kollégákat kiképezni szeretnél-e?
  • Értesz-e az Active Directory-hoz?
  • A Windows XP és az Office XP – 2003 a véredben van-e?
  • Tudsz-e segíteni az első- és másodikszintű kollégáknak?
  • NT adminisztrációt és Registry-t tudod-e?

Peoplesoft Analyst

The Peoplesoft Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support of the PeopleSoft application within Lexmark’s European, Middle East, and African community. This will include, but is not limited to support model design and deployment, testing and the ongoing administration of PeopleSoft and related applications used in EMEA under the direction of the EMEA HRIS Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Recommendation and implementation of new HR-related technology tools and applications
• Debugging of specifications, deployment, testing
• Training for any new HR functionalities in/for EMEA, deployment of end-user training
• Complete appropriate data administration activities into the HR systems when appropriate and necessary
• Manage and maintain processes and procedures

Requirements:

Peoplesoft Manager

The Peoplesoft Manager is responsible for the management of the European, Middle East and African functionality in the global HR information system. This will include, but is not limited to the direction, design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing administration of the HR information system, payroll, and any related applications that are used in EMEA HR.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the European HRIS function including ongoing supervision of the local HRIS staff, assist with the coordination of overall HR standards with the HRIS leaders in the other geographic regions
• Ongoing analysis of the HR processes in Europe, recommending need for improvements
• Oversee and continuously monitor and improve outsourced relationship with centralized payroll providers
• Recommendation and implementation of any new HR-related technology tools, partners, and applications
• Development of specifications and user testing plans for any new HR functionalities
• Development and implementation of end user training relating to HRIS
• Establish and maintain HRIS security and integrity controls in/for Europe
• Serve as a HR liaison to IT, Finance, Legal and other HRIS Stakeholders

Skill/Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of systems experience including system integration design, analysis, and implementation
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of HRIS experience
• Knowledge of and experience with PeopleSoft Version 9 including some or all of the following:
o Human Capital Management: Core, Self-Service, Recruiting, Salary Planning, Manage Performance, etc.
o Reporting Tools: Query, SQR, etc.
